Absolutely Love the game so far. There is a noticeable lack of images, but the modern femdom writing is enough to really set the stage.

I really enjoy the (albeit short) nurse storyline. The censored twist is very hot and really cements the MC as a loser.

loses a star due to bad sandbox flow, generally a bit of a slog to click thru pages to reach the next event. also minor nitpick the NTR route feels a little rushed and out of nowhere, there is a lot of potential with the long distance relationship/discord girlfriend stuff but as of yet it is kinda cookie cutter.

I like this little twine game. Nice indulgence into a few niche fetishes and really good scene writing. If you enjoy loser protagonist humiliation and censorship as a kink I wholeheartedly recommend Altered Vision. It isn't a big game, nor is it innovative, but it's a nice little ride as far as twine projects go.

Pleasantly each character has their own main theme and fetishes, and are distinct from one another even in their behavior and choice of words.

The core plot thread comes from the therapist who you are forced to meet with every week. Everything else appears to be optional and you can avoid much of the content which isn't to your tastes. There are usually warnings, both subtle and direct, when a scene could take a turn down to more controversial kinks like coerced-bi or netorare. Those warnings are accompanied by an alternative choice. Femdom is the cornerstone and is present across the whole game.

Don't assume this is some dime-a-dozen half-baked glorified clip viewer like most twine games end up being. Quality smut is the real draw here, with images chosen to serve the scene rather than scenes existing purely as a vehicle to dump random porn. The images themselves are a mix of (I think?) regular old hentai art and AI generated images, which is excusable given the small scope of the project. Pictures are lightly or moderately edited in order to fit the setting and scene.

Gameplay is typical of twine games. Click a choice, move to the next page. You can pick from X option during Y time slot. There's no complicated management system, the UI is simple, and what few variables there are can be undersood easily. Nothing impressive, but nothing overwhelming either.

The monthly updates are consistent if not meaty. One or two new scenes, various bug fixes, and occasional rewrites to account for new or expanded features like the chastity cage. Slow and steady, the amount of new content is to be expected of smaller projects like this. The developer is active in the discord and listens to feedback.

One of my biggest problems with new HTML games I try is the lack of effort put into writing. Countless games with interesting premises and kinks that I enjoy turn out to be shit the moment I notice that there's just a few lines of dialogue each page and then you click into another scene transition.

At first I thought that with this game there was the opposite problem of way too much effort put into the writing, and not in a good way. Right of the bat it seems to me like a high school essay that's trying to reach a certain word count and my eyes are just glazing over the page full of white text on a blue background. Thankfully it got better after the introduction, although I still think the writing style could be a bit more straightforward at some points.

I don't think the Dev should change their writing style if this is something they enjoy, but I would recommend maybe trying to make the look of the game a bit more varied. Maybe different colour texts for dialogue, dialogue boxes or just using italics for dialogue to break the monotony.

I enjoyed the actual content in the game more than I would have thought, since I'm not the biggest fan of Hentai art or the trope of starting a game with an MC that is a creepy perv obsessed with sex right of the bat. I just wish the pace was slowed down and there was more player agency in the way that the MC presents themselves.

All in all the game was a pleasant surprise and I might return to check out future updates.

This is good, it can use more visuals I'd say, plus just some better formating. It's often hard to tell what people are saying, and to read the text. White on Cyan background is a sin. Nothing is really indented, nothing had Character Name: "Text" or Bold or Italics.

It also felt more like a proof of concept, one that might have some merit to it at least this time. Could also use a bit of a rework since it seems a bit random what tasks your given, however that's more me just not liking the first real task given.

It's a good start. But it definitely needs more visuals.

The "back story" is way to easy to skip on that first page when. You see "continue" right at the bottom. IMO it should be "continue" takes you into the backstory and "skip backstory" is the second option.

The exposition dump that is the current back story could definitly be made into chapter one/chapter zero. Broken up into more pages and with a few more visuals.
